FASTING FOR IOS

Terms of use

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply to Fasting, an iOS general-wellness app provided by Amzu Information Technology Ltd. By using Fasting, you agree to these terms and the Fasting Privacy Policy. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. Wellness information, not medical advice

Fasting provides timers, education, records, reminders, and automated summaries for general wellness only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not fast when it would be unsafe for you. Seek qualified medical advice if you have a condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are underweight, are under 18, or have a current or previous eating disorder.

3. Your responsibility

You decide whether, when, and how long to fast. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell. Dates and notifications for optional Ekadashi and Ramadan calendars are planning aids; traditions, local observance, moon sighting, location, and authorities may differ. Review and adjust dates before relying on them.

4. Fasting Premium

Fasting Premium is an automatically renewing monthly subscription that unlocks paid fasting presets, OMAD guidance, and custom goals. The 13:11 schedule and optional faith calendars remain free. The price shown by Apple before purchase is the price that applies in your storefront.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Use Restore Purchases in Fasting to restore an eligible entitlement.
  • Billing, refunds, renewal, and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

5. Availability and automated content

Network sync, restoration, StoreKit, HealthKit, notifications, and AI weekly insights can be unavailable or delayed. Automated insights may contain mistakes and must not be treated as medical advice. We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve Fasting.

6. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent subscription controls, abuse recovery credentials, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or use Fasting unlawfully.

7. Data and deletion

Your use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your recovery code confidential. You can delete associated app and server data using Settings → Delete all my data. Deleted information cannot be restored.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fasting is provided as available and without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions can be sent to contact@amzuit.com or through the Fasting support page.
